SHELLFISH FARM, FARM-TO-FORK, LA NOISETTE D'OC

On the edge of the Thau lagoon, with a breathtaking view of the oyster beds in Mèze, Karine and Yvan will tell you all about the life of their oysters in a series of workshops and demonstrations, ending with long-awaited practical advice and a lesson in shucking.
Then you're in for a treat... a tasting session combining oysters and wine will reward your curiosity; or better still, an authentic seafood meal will delight your taste buds. An experience you'll never forget.
 
Prices 2024-2025: Tour and tasting
 Less than 20 ppl: €300/group
• From 20 to 29 ppl: €390/group
• €13.50/pers. for groups of 30 people or more
• Min number of ppl: 15
• Max number of ppl: 200
• Duration and details of tasting: 1h of visit. Oysters and Picpoul wine tasting.

Prices 2024-2025: Tour, tasting and meal
• From 20 to 29 ppl: €390/group + €27/pers for the meal
• From 30 to 50 ppl: €40.50/pers (€27/pers for the meal + €13.50/pers. for the tour)
• Min number of ppl: 15
• Max number of ppl: 200 for the tour and 150 for the meal.

You can have lunch or dinner on site after the tour (pre-booking required).
Restaurant capacity: 170 ppl.
