The SANCHEZ family has been oyster farmers for 4 generations.Over the years, Guy SANCHEZ, grandson of the first generation, continued to develop his business by perpetuating his heritage and knowledge. Today, his two sons have joined him to pass on the family know-how and passion.
This 4th generation is continuing the adventure, looking towards the future, but always respecting family traditions.
Since 2019, they have been working in a brand new facility at the cutting edge of innovation and technology, enabling them to produce oysters of the highest quality. Today, they have a production capacity of around 500 tonnes of marketable oysters a year. This makes the company the largest producer and shipper of oysters in the Mediterranean.
Guy SANCHEZ has been a pioneer in the oyster farming industry on several occasions. He was the first to invest in a grading machine and to equip his packaging and production system with new technologies. It was also one of the first oyster farmers to be certified organic in 2015, and to sell its products online throughout France to customers' homes.
