THE RIO BAR

Opened in 1958, the Rio has been a destination for film lovers for some 40 years. The Rio is a real meeting hub, somewhere between a brasserie and an artistic venue, ideally located alongisde of the main canal 'cadre royal'. The Rio welcomes you to its Comptoir room or terrace for an unforgettable evening.

Capacity: 50 people inside, 70 on the terrace

Starter: Perfect egg, mushroom mousseline with roasted hazelnuts OR Carpaccio of marinated sea bream with wild fennel oil and condiments
Main course: Pork belly confit with ginger, polenta au gratin with parmesan and olives OR Grilled monkfish tail a la plancha, melting vegetables and shellfish butter
