THE MARIE JEAN RESTAURANT

The Marie Jean restaurant provides you with quality cuisine based on local produce and Mediterranean fish, cooked with ingredients from the local market. You'll be offered a wide choice of shellfish platters, gourmet dishes and Séte specialities.

Location: facing the fishing port
Capacity:  55 people inside and 60 people on the terrace

Specialities: Duck foie gras flavoured with Muscat de Frontignan, oysters au gratin with Muscat cream and chorizo crumble, fish parillada from the catch of the day.

Starter:
Razor clams au gratin with homemade garlic and parsley butter.

Mixed oysters, prawns and sea snails, Espelette chilli aioli
Or 
Roast Camembert with chorizo crumble

Tielle Setoise (octopus pie)

Main course:
Fillet of sea bream, seasonal vegetables, sauce vierge (olive oil, lemon juice, chooped tomatie and basil), mixed salad
or
Linguine with clams and Muscat cream.
Or
Butcher's cut (duck or beef fillet) with mushroom sauce (porcini mushrooms depending on the season), or pepper sauce, homemade chips.
Or 
Cuttlefish rouille with saffron and the chef's Setoise sauce, rice
