Music festivals set the pace

Move to the rhythm of musical festivals in the Thau Archipelago!
From French music to rap, jazz and world music, let yourself be carried away by the highlights of a resolutely dynamic
and cultural destination!

In the Thau Archipelago, summer begins at the same time as "K-Live", the festival of urban cultures that takes over the Théâtre de la Mer but also the city. A multidisciplinary festival, it combines urban arts, visual arts and concerts of contemporary music. See you in early June!

The festivities continue with "Quand je pense à Fernande", at the end of June, the festival for lovers of French song.

As for electronic music, don't miss the "Worldwide Festival" at the beginning of July. During the day, enjoy free access sets on the beach, and in the evening, head for the sea theatre!

"Jazz à Sète" brings together the great names of jazz today and continues to reveal the influences that music has on each other, celebrating the diversity of a genre that knows no borders in mid-July.

World music lovers will not be left out: two festivals are dedicated to them in our destination. The "Thau Festival", in mid-July, which takes place throughout the Thau Archipelago (Bouzigues, Mèze, Villeveyrac, Montbazin, Abbaye de valmagne) and "Fiest'A Sète", at the end of July. A real journey across continents, and encounters with as many headliners as young talents.

At the beginning of August, hip-hop takes over with the "Demi Festival", the region's first independent rap festival, created by the Sète rapper Demi Portion.

An emblematic figure of Sète and his strong character, Georges Brassens is in the spotlight at the "22 V'la Georges" festival at the end of October. Generous, popular and entirely dedicated to music, the festival reflects the work of the poet and musician. A cultural event not to be missed!
