LE SAINT CLAIR RESTAURANT

Chef Jean-Louis Martinod has been running this restaurant for over 30 years. His gastronomic cuisine and local recipes are sure to shapern your taste buds.
 
LocationThis establishment is located in the spa resort of Balaruc-les-Bains, on the edge of the Thau lagoon, with a breathtaking view over this stretch of water and the town of Sète.  All the rooms have a breathtaking view of the Thau lagoon, whatever the location of the table.
Capacity1 outdoor terrace room with 70 seatings or 120 people for cocktails. 1 room with 60 seatings. 
Coach parking nearby: guests can be dropped off in front of the restaurant. There are bus parking spaces a few hundred metres away. A member of staff of the restaurant will pick up the driver and return them on departure.
Specialitiesseafood, traditional dishes and some meat dishes (fish soup, seafood platter, stuffed mussels, sea bream, sea bass, octopus, cuttlefish a la plancha, rib steak, etc.).

 Suggested menu (wine and coffee included)
Starter: fish soup or crunchy Mozarella or fresh seafood salad or 6 Thau Lagoon oysters
Main course: grilled sirloin or stuffed mussels or cuttlefish a la plancha or grilled sardines
Dessert: vanilla ice cream with whipped cream or fresh fruit salad or chocolate mousse or crème brûlée
